Rachel York (Victor/Victoria, City of Angels) and Julia Murney (Wicked, Lennon) will star as battling twins Nora and Laura Blake in an industry presentation of the Femme Noir thriller, The Betrayal of Nora Blake, a murder-mystery musical by John Meyer (Heartbreaker).

In a bizarre and unfortunate case of life imitating art, Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston found itself without its leading man only hours before the curtain going up on their season-ending production of 42nd STREET. Producing Artistic Director Robert J. Eagle announced that the understudy would step into the role and the show opened as scheduled. Michael Feinstein and the Pasadena POPS jazz up the Los Angeles County Arboretum stage with an evening devoted to one of America's most beloved musical icons for Gershwin & Friends on Saturday, August 19th. No one is better equipped to honor the Jazz-Age stylings of Gershwin than Principal Pops Conductor Michael Feinstein, who got his start as Ira Gershwin's archivist.

According to TMZ, Broadway veteran Tom Wopat, who is currently starring in Reagle Music Theatre's 42nd Street, was just arrested in Waltham, Massachusetts for indecent assault and battery.

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston opens its 49th consecutive summer season this weekend with the irresistible Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. 

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT present the fifth show of its 2016-2017 season, Davis Gaines starring in his Ovation award-winning role as Don Quixote in MAN OF LA MANCHA, with book by Dale Wasserman, lyrics by Joe Darion, music by Mitch Leigh, musical direction by Jeff Rizzo, choreography by Patti Colombo and directed by Glenn Casale. MAN OF LA MANCHA will preview on Friday, June 2, 2017 (with a press opening on Saturday, June 3) and run through Sunday, June 25, 2017 at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, 14900 La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada.
