Julie Reiber & Romelda Teron Benjamin, two highly sought-after Broadway actresses and singers, will be performing for Lakeland Regional Health's annual Philanthropist & Advocate of the Year event on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Hollis Cancer Center in Lakeland, FL. They will be singing with students from the Harrison Center for the Visual and Performing Arts.

Alan Ayckbourne's 'Communicating Doors,' produced by the SBCC Theatre Group, follows Poopay (Felicia Hall), a blue-collar London dominatrix who shows up at a luxury hotel to service wealthy business mogul, Reece (Matt Smith), but instead gets pressured into witnessing his deathbed confession of embezzlement and murder. On the run from Reece's homicidal business partner, Julian (George Coe), who isn't keen on being outed for his part in the murder of Reece's two deceased wives, Ruella (Leslie Gangle Howe) and Jessica (Brittany Harter), Poopay hides in a hotel closet. The closet houses a time portal that takes her back twenty years to the night of Ruella's murder, in the very same hotel suite. Poopay and Ruella team up to prevent the murder, thus changing the past and altering the future for everyone.

World, watch out... she's back to play!
According to an exclusive Deadline announcement, former SCHOOL OF ROCK standout Isabella Russo has been tapped as a series regular in the new ABC pilot, FOR LOVE.
In the pilot, helmed by HOMELAND's John Dahl and written by Michael Cooney (JACK FROST, IDENTITY), Russo plays Alice, an innocent orphan girl taken in by the renowned Dumaine family, who, after being used in a strange ritual, finds herself possessed by the soul of its matriarch Marie Jojo, herself a centuries-old magic user with a cruel, controlling agenda.

To close the Festival, Tribeca will World Premiere The Fourth Estate, from Oscar®-nominated director Liz Garbus, which follows The New York Times' coverage of the Trump administration's first year. The Centerpiece Gala will be the World Premiere of Drake Doremus' sci-fi romance Zoe starring Ewan McGregor, Lea Seydoux, Rashida Jones, and Theo James. Terrific performances across the board, sprightly direction that keeps the action moving at a quick clip-clop and a no-holds-barred sense of ridiculous theatricality all come together in Center for the Arts' production of Monty Python's Spamalot, the hilarious stage musical based on the irreverent troupe's 1975 film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail. With a slate filled with stage favorites - of both the musical and 'straight' variety - still to come in 2018, Murfreesboro's CFTA will likely have a banner year.
New Kids Cast Joins West End's SCHOOL OF ROCK

Before school's out this February half term, Andrew Lloyd Webber announces that later this month (24 February 2018) he will welcome a new group of kids to his Olivier award-winning production of School of Rock - The Musical. Continuing in the West End at the New London Theatre, School of Rock - The Musical is currently booking to 13 January 2019. In October this year an Australian production will open at Her Majesty's Theatre in Melbourne, a Broadway production continues at the Winter Garden Theatre and the US national touring production is currently booking to September 2018.
