Daniel Gwirtzman Dance Company will present e-Motion, an intermission-less program-length dance from May 26 to June 4, 2023 at The Cherry Arts.

Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) goes upstate to honor its Founder & Artistic Director Mikhail Baryshnikov's 75th birthday. Mikhail Baryshnikov at 75 will be a day of performances and celebration produced by BAC to take place at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park (Tivoli, NY) on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 2PM. 

The lineup will include influential musicians of the 20th and 21st centuries whose work has inspired Mr. Baryshnikov throughout his life in the U.S.: American avant-garde artist, composer, and musician Laurie Anderson, Canadian jazz pianist and singer Diana Krall, Russian–born American singer, songwriter, and pianist Regina Spektor, and more.

Miro Magloire's New Chamber Ballet returns to the Mark Morris Dance Center with two world premieres and repertory works, April 14 & 15 at 7:30 PM.

Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre will host Forward From Here: 23rd Season Gala on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 4:30pm to 8pm, at 41 Jani Court, Clifton, NJ. Forward from Here will be an interactive evening of live music, dance, silent auction with great prizes, expansive hors d'oeuvres, wine and cocktails, and community.

Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre continues its 23rd annual performance season with a spring residency at Hofstra University Dance, from January through April 2023. The Company will set an excerpt of their recent premiere piece, Threads, on the University's dance students.

The Washington Ballet presents “Balanchine!” a celebratory retrospect of George Balanchine's timeless choreography that helped shape and define ballet in the 20th century – for six shows in the Eisenhower Theater at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, February 22-26, 2023.

The Joffrey Ballet Concert Group, under the artistic direction of Bradley Shelver, will appear in all new works, Feb. 16-18 at the Ailey Citigroup Theater.  Shelver has created two new works for the event, 12th Room and Random People With Beautiful Parts,  and the program will also see two new works by young dancemakers Lindsay Grymes and Eric Trope, recipients of the first Creative Movers Choreographic Initiative, a new program of the Joffrey Ballet Concert Group.
