Tony Award & Emmy Award Nominee Jessica Hecht will join Tony Award & Academy Award nominee Laura Linney in Manhattan Theatre Club's world premiere of Summer, 1976 written by Pulitzer Prize winner David Auburn and directed by Tony winner Daniel Sullivan.

Jodie Comer will make her highly anticipated Broadway debut in the US premiere of Prima Facie, a new play by Suzie Miller. Prima Facie opens on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at the Golden Theatre. Previews begin on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.

Pinch 'N' Ouch Theatre presents Donald Margulies' Broadway-hit play Time Stands Still now through November 19 in Atlanta, GA. The play will be directed by the company's Producing Artistic Director Grant McGowen, who most recently directed Jonathon Larson's autobiographical musical Tick, Tick… Boom! The cast will feature Candace West, Asia Meana, Sundiata Rush, and Alex Van.

The film follows struggling American siblings Alice (Kristen Bell) and Paul (Ben Platt), who reluctantly agree to attend the wedding of their estranged, wealthy half-sister (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) in the English countryside alondside their mother, Donna (Allison Janney). In honor of Veterans Day, Arts in the Armed Forces will present a reading of the 2022 Pulitzer Prize-winning play FAT HAM by James Ijames, directed by Sideeq Heard, featuring original cast members from the successful off-Broadway co-production between The Public Theater and National Black Theatre ​​directed by Saheem Ali.

The new original musical Senior Class will receive a AEA 29-hour industry reading beginning this week. Senior Class has a book, melodies, and lyrics written by Melvin Tunstall, III and music & arrangements by Greg Dean Borowsky and was conceived by Kevin Duda.

The People We Hate at the Wedding, starring Allison Janney, Kristen Bell, Ben Platt, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Karan Soni, Dustin Milligan, Tony Goldwyn, Isaach De Bankolé, Jorma Taccone, Julian Ovenden, and John Macmillan will be released on Prime Video on November 18, 2022. 

The Michael Grandage Company announced that their production of Orlando opens at the Garrick Theatre on 5 December 2022, with previews from 25 November, and runs until 25 February 2023.

The Michael Grandage Company has announced that Emma Corrin will return to the London stage as the title role in Orlando, from the novel by Virginia Woolf in a new version by Neil Bartlett. Michael Grandage directs, reuniting him with Corrin, following their recent collaboration on the feature film My Policeman for Amazon.

A new CBS Mornings segment explored the lives of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, whose lives are the subject of a new docu-series, the Last Movie Stars. The segment featured interviews with Ethan Hawke, the series director, and Clea Newman, the couple's daughter. Watch the new clip now!
