Everyone's favorite ogre goes from swamp to stage as Peninsula Youth Theatre (PYT) proudly presents Shrek the Musical, a hysterical and multi-layered fairy tale, playing at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts this March.

Music icon Cyndi Lauper attended a performance of The Cher Show this weekend on Friday, February 15th. She went backstage after the performance to meet cast members including Stephanie J. Block, Teal Wicks, Micaela Diamond and Jarrod Spector.

Ryan Reynolds is set to star in and produce the action-comedy Shotgun Wedding for Lionsgate, Mandeville Films and Reynolds' Maximum Effort, according to Deadline. Jason Moore on board to direct the feature, which is set to shoot in the summer.

Producers Flody Suarez and Jeffrey Seller announced today that a new block of tickets for the Broadway production of the new musical The Cher Show goes on sale today at 10am ET. AVENUE Q - winner of three 2004 Tony Awards including Best Musical - will celebrate its 15+ year run on the BroadwayCon MainStage this weekend, Saturday, January 12, when Original Broadway Cast and Creative Team members will reunite for a special Q&A Panel. Robert Lopez, Carmen Ruby Floyd, Howie Michael Smith, Erin Quill, Stephanie D'Abruzzo, and Ann Harada are confirmed to attend.
