Jay commenced the first complete recording of the original version of the musical with the original orchestrations by Philip J. Lang at Abbey Road Studios, London on October 5 1996 and completed it at Clinton Recording Studios, New York on October 19 1996. This will be the first time it is released to the public.

Casting has been announced for the Barn Theatre Cirencester's inaugural professional production of  The Secret Garden, which will run from March 16 to April 15. TheatreZone will present 'Eat, Drink & Be Broadway,' its new signature fundraising event, from 6 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14 at the G&L Theatre, 13275 Livingston Road, Naples, where the non-profit organization is in-residence. As usual, come the festive season, there is a plethora of shows on offer to begin the merriment - and if a pantomime or version of A Christmas Carol isn't for you, there is still plenty of choice. A popular venue in London is Penge's Bridge House Theatre, and this year their Christmas treat is a stage version of the perennial film favourite, Miracle On 34th Street.

The UK premiere of Miracle on 34th Street: A Live Musical Radio Play will run at The Bridge House Theatre this holiday season, playing 27 November through 23 December 2017. Adapted from the Lux Radio Hour broadcast of the original film by Lance Arthur Smith, the show includes original lyrics, music and arrangements by Jon Lorenz. Everybody cut loose because Footloose: The Musical is dancing in to Chester's Storyhouse next week on its first visit to the city and marking the first visiting production and the start of the new season.

Following an acclaimed 2016 UK Tour, worldwide smash hit musical Footloose: The Musical will burst back onto the stage in 2017, opening the inaugural touring season at Storyhouse, Chester's brand new £37m theatre, cinema and library, from 5 September for one week only.
