Milwaukee Chamber Theatre (MCT) announces the first professional Milwaukee production in over two decades of Edward Albee's WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF?, directed by Keira Fromm and featuring Wisconsin theater legends Laura Gordon and James Ridge in the iconic roles of George and Martha.

American Players Theatre began its 43rd season this past Saturday, June 11, with a preview performance of Richard Brinsley Sheridan’s The Rivals, directed by Aaron Posner. There will be a second preview performance Thursday, June 16, 2022, before the production’s opening night on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 8:00 pm.

Per a WUWM interview, Akhtar asserts that Junk is not pessimistic, just real. "It's bleak but it's realistic, unfortunately," he says. "If you're coming to the play and you're expecting something uplifting, just be prepared."
