The Fuse Project and Rockwell Table & Stage are proud to present a one of a kind musical parody of the whimsical Tim Burton film classic 'Edward Scissorhands' this holiday season running 8pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with a Sunday 12 noon brunch, at Rockwell December 6 thru January 5, 2019.

Elaine May might just be the legend you've never heard of. Currently starring in Kenneth Lonergan's The Waverly Gallery, May has a prolific career backing up her claim to the Broadway stage.

In a sculptural costume designed by artist Arlene Shechet, two-time Academy Award Winner Dianne Wiest has been perming pieces from Samuel Beckett's Happy Days this week (through October 26).  The action of the play takes place within and around Madison Square Park's reflecting pool, which has been emptied by Shechet for her new, site-specific installation Full Steam Ahead.

Next week at Madison Square Park, Academy Award and two-time Oscar Winner Dianne Wiest will perform scenes from Samuel Beckett's comically tragic Happy Days dressed in a sculptural costume designed for the occasion by artist Arlene Shechet. 

Plays at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts through October 14th, 2018.

Pictures, Imperative Entertainment and BRON Creative comes Clint Eastwood's newest feature film, the drama “The Mule.” In addition to directing, the veteran actor will step in front of the lens again, alongside fellow stars Bradley Cooper, Laurence Fishburne, Michael Peña, Dianne Wiest and Andy Garcia, as well as Alison Eastwood, Taissa Farmiga, Ignacio Serricchio and Loren Dean, Eugene Cordero.

The Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House MFA Acting Program is proud to begin their season with a modern reimagining of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull. Chekhov's classic play about artistic rebellion, translated by Paul Schmidt, will star the MFA Class of 2020 and guests. Director Sarah Wansley's staging will shed light on the show's poetic realism. Press opening will be on October 9th at the Helen Theatre in Playhouse Square and the show will run from October 10th-October 20th.

Two powerful New York institutions, Long Island University (LIU) Brooklyn and the renowned theater company The New Group, have announced a new partnership to help train the next generation of great actors. A new B.F.A program in Acting for Theatre, Film and Television, starting in Fall 2018, will be founded on the studio model, where students will study stage acting, voice, and movement under the supervision and guidance of faculty in collaboration with the award-winning The New Group.

The New Group has announced full casting and creative team for Lily Thorne's Peace for Mary Frances, with Heather Burns, Johanna Day, Natalie Gold, Mia Katigbak, Paul Lazar, Brian Miskell, Melle Powers and J. Smith-Cameron joining, as previously announced, Lois Smith in this world premiere production directed by Lila Neugebauer.
