Steppenwolf has announced a new offering joining the virtual lineup—the world premiere audio adaptation of I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter, based on the book by Erika L. Sánchez and adapted for audio from the stage play by acclaimed playwright Isaac Gómez and co-directed by ensemble members Sandra Marquez and Audrey Francis.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company will present Wally World, the second of six productions debuting on its Steppenwolf NOW virtual stage. Written by Isaac Gómez and co-directed by Gómez and Lili-Anne Brown (Animal Farm), the play will be presented as a two-act radio production, which begins streaming December 16, 2020.

East West Players, the nation's longest running theatre of color and largest producer of Asian American theatrical work, is proud to announce a series of special partnerships with Asian AF (the comedy variety show created by Upright Citizens Brigade Member Will Choi), and Crazy Talented Asians (the variety talent showcase created by Singer/Songwriter AJ Rafael) that will bring two multi-day events to the David Henry Hwang Theater in the Little Tokyo district of Downtown Los Angeles.

Rockwell Table & Stage in association with actor, singer, and human empowerment ambassador Anthea Neri and associate producer Danny Bernardo proudly present the D.I.V.A. Speakeasy Salon, a variety show full of burlesque, music, magic, comedy, and more. Hosted by Neri and Bernardo, the D.I.V.A. Speakeasy Salon transforms the Rockwell into an all-encompassing, vintage experience that mixes the subversiveness of the Kit Kat Club with the immersiveness of Westworld. Coeurage Theatre Company, LA's Pay What You Want Company, has announced the extension and re-opening of Urinetown: The Musical. With music by Mark Hollmann, lyrics by Hollmann and Greg Kotis, book by Kotis, musical direction by Gregory Nabours, and directed by Kari Hayter, the extended run will begin on Friday, January 6 at 8pm and continue through February 25 at the Historic Lankershim Arts Center.

Coeurage Theatre Company, LA's Pay What You Want Company, has announced the final production of its seventh season, three-time Tony Award-winner Urinetown: The Musical. With music by Mark Hollmann, lyrics by Hollmann and Greg Kotis, book by Kotis, musical direction by Gregory Nabours, and directed by Kari Hayter, there will be one preview performance on November 4 at 8pm and opening is set for Saturday, November 5 at 8pm. Urinetown: The Musical will play through December 3 at the Historic Lankershim Arts Center.
