Florida Studio Theatre (FST) has announced that, due to continued audience demand, the theatre is extending its high-energy Cabaret, A Place in the Sun: A Tribute to Stevie Wonder, for a third, and final, time.

The Early Night Show with Joshua Turchin- Virtual Edition Podcast has released a new episode today. Season six, episode twelve stars Spamilton's Chris Anthony Giles, and Miss District of Columbia Junior Teen Ella Hinds.

Florida Studio Theatre (FST) proudly presents The Wonder Years: The Music of the Baby Boomers, a quirky music revue that takes audiences on a ride through the highlights of the Baby Boomer experience. Featuring such hits as "Jailhouse Rock," "It's My Party," and "She Loves You," this Cabaret chronicles what it was like to be one of America's first teenagers. Pleasantville theater company Arc Stages announces Dig A Little Deeper to begin the new Next Stage Writer's Lab. The Next Stage premiered two years ago with John Cariani's LOVE/SICK and focuses on showcasing new, innovative work by a wide variety of exciting and talented writers. The Next Stage Writer's Lab will produce a few Readings each year with audience Q&A, in order to help new works reach audiences and to nurture the development process. The Next Stage is the third wing of a company that also includes a thriving Educational Stage and Community Stage.

Last night, Tuesday, November 14, the cast and crew of the hit off-Broadway show Spamilton celebrated an impressive 500 performances since opening in July of 2016. DRG Records and Spamilton producers John Freedson, Christine Pedi and David Zippel announced that last night the cast of Spamilton, the critically acclaimed parody of Broadway smash Hamilton, by Forbidden Broadway creator Gerard Alessandrini, completed recording of the Original Cast album, which will be released on DRG Records in March 2017. Spamilton, a sneak peek into Forbidden Broadway creator, Gerard Alessandrini's ongoing obsession with Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton, much like its source material, has taken off-Broadway by storm. The musical, which promises an evening that celebrates, roasts and eviscerates the Broadway blockbuster, celebrates its official opening night tonight.

Author Gerard Alessandrini and producers John Freedson, Christine Pedi, and David Zippel recently announced that Spamilton, a sneak peek into Forbidden Broadwaycreator Alessandrini's ongoing obsession with Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton, has extended through October 30, due to popular demand. The musical, which promises an evening that celebrates, roasts and eviscerates the Broadway blockbuster, will celebrate an official opening night tonight, September 8, 2016 at the Triad (158 West 72nd Street).

From Gerard Alessandrini, the mastermind behind Forbidden Broadway, comes Spamilton, a sneak peek into his ongoing obsession with Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton. This summer, for 18 performances only, audiences will have the opportunity to share in Alessandrini's madness, at the Triad (158 West 72nd Street), for an evening that celebrates, roasts and eviscerates the Broadway blockbuster. The first performance will take place on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
