Below, watch as Caissie Levy, who plays Elsa, performs one of her new songs, 'Monster,' for the New York Times. Of the song, composer Robert Lopez told NYT: 'It's a moment of anxiety where the freedom she found in 'Let It Go' is shaken, and she hears in the distance the voices of the men coming for her, and she realizes now is the time she has to decide what her next move is.'

FROZEN Lottery Now Accepting Entries For Performances Beginning This Thursday

As previously announced, Disney Theatrical's new Broadway musical Frozen will have $30 tickets available via a digital lottery. As of today, submissions for performances beginning this Thursday, February 22 - Frozen's first preview - may be entered at www.luckyseat.com/frozen.

Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with his next edition of AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Monday, February 19th at The Green Room 42, Green Fig, Fourth Floor, Yotel NYC, 570 Tenth Avenue (at 42nd Street), New York, NY 10036 at 7 PM. Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for February 19th are Stefanie Brown (Cruel Intentions), Billy Bustamante (Miss Saigon), Pomme Koch (The Band's Visit), Blaine Krauss (Kinky Boots), Amy Hillner Larsen (The Marvelous Wonderettes), Stephanie Jae Park (The King and I), Nick Sacks (Dear Evan Hansen), Travis J. Shuler (Cruel Intentions) and Matt Wood (SpongeBob SquarePants). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.

Just this evening at BroadwayCon in midtown Manhattan, the Oscar-winning songwriting team behind Frozen – and newly-Oscar-nominated for Best Original Song for “Remember Me” from Coco – Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez announced that four brand new songs written for the Broadway musical will be released on consecutive Fridays beginning February 23, 2018, the day after Frozen's first Broadway performance at the historic St. James Theatre.
