The Dandy Warhols Add Tour Dates in Latin America and the Midwest

Following a triumphant tour in North America, Australia and New Zealand, THE DANDY WARHOLS announce upcoming dates this summer in Latin America and the Midwest U.S. in support of their critically acclaimed twelfth album ROCKMAKER, include Mexico City, Guadalajara, Santiago, and São Paulo. McKenzie Stubbert to Release 'Waiting Room' on Friday

The Residents are set to release a new double disc recording, METAL, MEAT & BONE, based on newly discovered recordings of Alvin Snow (a.k.a. Dyin' Dog). METAL, MEAT & BONE features 10 Dyin' Dog Demos, 10 interpretations of the demos by The Residents, and six new works inspired by Dyin' Dog. Black Francis of the Pixies is featured on the track 'DIE! Photographer and revered long-time on-air radio personality Julie Kramer will uncover her new rock & roll photography exhibition The Basement Archives: The Ghosts of WFNX: Volume II, taking over Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) with over 100 portraits and live-concert images of celebrity musicians. The exhibition takes place at Boston Center for Adult Education, located at 122 Arlington Street, in Boston's Back Bay. The exhibition runs July 20 through December 20, 2019, and the opening reception, Saturday, July 20 from 4-8pm, is free and open to the public with reservation at https:bcae.orgeventrsvp. Limited edition signed photographs will be available for sale and the exhibition is on view during BCAE regular hours.

Life In A Blender Plays Brooklyn in Support of New Album 'Happy Enough'

In the summer of 2016, Brooklyn's longest-lived band, Life in a Blender squirreled away at Old Soul Studios in Catskill, NY, to record their ninth album, Happy Enough. Producer and Old Soul Studio's owner, Kenny Siegal who has recorded The New Pornographers, Chris Whitley, AC Newman, Langhorne Slim, and others manned the large recording knob.
