The Friends of the Vergennes Opera House has announced the line-up for their 2023-2024 season which kicks off on Sunday, September 10, 2023, and ends on Friday, May 3, 2024.

Broadway Direct returns to the Vergennes Opera House for the 17th year with a spectacular lineup of performers on Friday, December 9, at 7:30pm.

Like so many other things this year, BROADWAY DIRECT looks a little different but it is just as wonderful as ever with Bill Carmichael (Bill Walsh), Elisa Van Duyne, Jonny Barden and Caitlin Walsh, accompanied by the expert pianist Scott Nicholas. Together, and under the direction of Sue Walsh, they will bring BROADWAY DIRECT to life -- SAFELY!

The all-volunteer group that manages the Vergennes Opera House, have announced plans to go forward with their 2020-2021 season and will kick it off this summer with the a?oeLittle City Cabaret.a??

For the 14th year, Bill Carmichael, (known us as Bill Walsh) is pulling together the annual Broadway Direct show, marking his 14th year doing so. The production will take place on Friday, December 6 at 7:30pm with the doors, and the cash bar, opening at 6:45 for general seating.

Once again, the all-volunteer team at the Vergennes Opera House has pulled together a robust and eclectic season of shows for locals and visitors alike to enjoy. The season kicks off on October 12 with a rousing blues event and ends on February 29 with the presentation of the 7th annual Carnevale Vergennes.

Opening Wednesday August 1, 2018, evening performances are August 1 - 4, 7 - 11 (8pm), with matinee performances August 4 and 11 (2pm).
