Inside Out Performance is a virtual fitness platform for artists, by artists. Inside Out Performance serves as a virtual boutique fitness studio offering a wide variety of live, drop-in style group classes led by highly qualified instructors with experience in both performing arts and exercise science. 

Freedom to ACT, developed by Ann Rodiger and Belinda Mello, is in its 9th year! This year's conference topic is on how the Alexander Technique supports On Camera Presence. This month, playwright Joan Beber, premieres her newest play DEAR JANE at Theatre Row's Clurman Theatre (410 W 42 Street). The show opens tonight, July 26, for a run through August 26, 2017.
