New York Theatre Barn Names Denise Wyse Managing Director

New York Theatre Barn, which incubates, develops, and produces new musicals that tell untold stories, today announced the appointment of Denise Wyse as Managing Director. In this role, Wyse will work closely with Joe Barros, artistic director, and the Board of Directors. She will oversee the daily work of the New York Theatre Barn and implement initiatives to help grow and fulfill the organization's mission.

"Denise has already been a tremendous addition to the New York Theatre Barn team. Early this year she stepped in as a volunteer and immediately improved the business operation of our company," said Barros. "Her deep expertise with nonprofits and special event planning make her an ideal fit for the role. I'm thrilled to collaborate with her to expand upon the successful foundation we have built over the past few years."

Wyse has been a manager of events for nonprofits for more than 30 years. Originally from Cleveland, she worked on major events for institutions such as The Cleveland Foundation, Cleveland Clinic, and others.
