The opportunity to hear authors read from and discuss their books provides in their own voice, is a unique experience for audiences on site and over the air waves," said Victoria Rogers, Vice President for arts at Knight Foundation.

The acclaimed Miami Book Fair, now in its 33rd year, is one of the nation's oldest and largest literary festivals, held each year on the campus of Miami Dade College in downtown Miami. More than 200 exhibitors from around the country take part in the weeklong event and weekend street fair, attracting an estimated 250,000 visitors each year for author talks and book signings, panel discussions, musical performances, and other activities.
