Just The Funny Goes "Back to the 80's"

"Like, Totally Gag Me With a Punchline"

Some of us wish we could go back to school, others wish we could go Back to the Future. Just the Funny is going to take you back to the 80's.  So… put down your Rubik's cube, pull up your leg warmers, feather your hair, take a Ferris Bueller's Day Off and check out some rad improv by JUST THE FUNNY, Miami's Home for Improv and Sketch Comedy, which brought you the Miami Improv Festival.  Just The Funny celebrates everything 80's, from Diff'rent Strokes to Rambo, with its' Back to the 80's Shows at 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm on Saturday, August 4, 2007, at the Miami Science Museum and Planetarium. You'll forget about MTV, and leave the shows singing, "I want my JTF."

The most prolific and celebrated improv theatre company in South Florida, Just The Funny's band of comedic actors will present two tubular 80's themed interactive shows at 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm featuring, sketches, parodies, music and improvised scenes, including everything from "Whose Line is it Anyway" to "Chicago-style" improv, and it's all based on audience suggestions!  Just The Funny dares audiences to come prepared, by bringing strange Mexican objects for them to use in the show!  Tickets for the Back to the 80's Shows are $10.00 for the 9 pm show and $5.00 for the 11 pm show or $12.00 and Judge Reinhold's career for both the 9 and 11 pm shows, and can be purchased at www.justthefunny.com or at the theatre.

The shows continue Just The Funny's new monthly show schedule, featuring the group's hilarious improv comedy every first Saturday of each month.  Bueller, Bueller...  Anyone?
