3-D Theatricals (3DT) is going Technicolor® with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's irresistible story of Joseph, his jealous brothers and one very colorful garment in this delightful musical saga that swirls on stage September 30 through October 9 at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center in Redondo Beach, CA. The production then moves to 3DT's newest home, the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts in Cerritos, CA. October 14 - 23, 2016 as their 2016 - 2017 season premier offering Both venues are located in Los Angeles County.

This thrilling musical adventure follows the Biblical story of Joseph, the favorite son blessed with prophetic dreams, on his journey to Egypt after being sold into slavery by his brothers. Audiences will enjoy an engaging quilt of musical styles, from country-western to calypso and bubble-gum pop to rock 'n' roll. The production includes the popular songs "Go, Go, Go Joseph" and "Any Dream Will Do," will be performed by a cast of 22, plus a 35 member children's choir.

A timeless tale... Joseph is filled with surprising humor for adults and dazzling delights for children, and with 3-D Theatricals' hallmark of putting their own magical spin on each production they present, "It'll be like seeing it for the very first time!" says Executive Producer/Artistic Director T.J. Dawson. To help create that special spin, Broadway veteran performers and creative forces, multi Tony Award nominee Marc Kudisch, and his wife Shannon Lewis have been respectively set as Director and Choreographer. Count 22 Broadway shows between them and the dynamic duo have easily earned their place in the hierarchy of New York's Broadway community. Distinguished Southland maestro Corey Hirsch has been set as Musical Director. Sarah Grandpre will serve as Vocal Director for the Voices of Hope Children's Choir.

Co-created The Holiday Guys (York Theatre) and conceived and co-created Baritones UnBound (produced at ArtsEmerson, Asolo Rep and The Royal George Theatre in Chicago). Last seen in LA in the world premiere of Anatomy Theatre for LA Opera.

HIGHLIGHTS / COREY HIRSCH (Musical Director): TheJuilliard School (B.M. Composition), USC (Adv. Cert. Scoring for Film and TV). Mr. Hirsch is a commissioned composer/arranger, Assistant Conductor for the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, Music Director and Vocal Coach for Disney, Adjunct Professor of Voice for Musical Theatre at CSUF; and a Musical Director for several production companies in Southern California.

HIGHLIGHTS / SARAH GRANDPRE (Children's Choir Vocal Director): is the Director of Voices of Hope Children's Choir. (B.A. in Vocal Performance/Music Education). Career highlights include solo debuts of Brahms' Requiem at Carnegie Hall, and Beethoven's Mass in C Major at Royce Hall with conductor Donald Neuen. She was most recently featured in the Hour of Power Live! events in Holland. Ms. Grandpre runs a successful private studio in Orange County.
