A Midsummer Night's Dream tells the story of two young lovers who flee from Athenian law and are joined by a male rival, his female devotee, and a band of mismatched tradesmen as they take to the forest, where their lives become entangled with a feud between the King and Queen of the Fairies.

This enchanting and original vision interweaves desire, magic, farce, and the theme of transformation and is regarded as Shakespeare's most beloved comedy.
