Part haunting, part community storytelling exploring neighborhood change and development, NEVERMORE will be a unique Halloween experience. Participants will discover hidden cultural treasures, engage with LA's premier immersive performers, and explore the visceral power of art. All audience members are encouraged to arrive in costume.

At the culmination of the 3pm guided tour, NEVERMORE will host an awards ceremony at the Van Nuys Civic Plaza honoring Michael McDowell (former LA Tourism & Convention Board VP for Cultural Tourism), Cece Tio (Producer of Moving Arts and The Playwrights Union) and Ovanes Chobanian (Deputy, LA Councilmember Nury Martinez' Office) as pioneers and champions in nurturing and developing mobile, community-based arts in LA.
