Rainbow has announced a star-studded talent lineup for this year's "Ribbon of Life." The 2015 showcase, Rockin' the Ribbon, will feature stars from Las Vegas' favorite shows including "ShowStoppers," "Jubilee," "Jersey Boys," "Million Dollar Quartet," "MJ Live," "Legends in Concert," "Pin Up," "Vegas! The Show," and more. The rock and roll themed show will take place at 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 28 at The New Tropicana Las Vegas. Tickets are now on sale at www.goldenrainbow.org.

"Since its inception almost 30 years ago, Golden Rainbow has assembled the most talented performers in Las Vegas to raise awareness and funds for those affected by HIV/AIDS," said Golden Rainbow Executive Director Gary Costa. "We are so pleased that 'Ribbon of Life' will continue its reputation of assembling the best possible entertainment for such a worthy cause again this year."

To kick off "Ribbon of Life," Golden Rainbow will build a Living Ribbon on Wednesday, June 10. Attendees are encouraged to show up at the corner of Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard (outside of The New Tropicana Las Vegas), donning their favorite shades of red at 9:30 a.m. At 10 a.m. participants will be put into the formation of a ribbon as a symbol of solidarity for people living with HIV/AIDS. A limited quantity of red shirts will also be provided on site for walk-up participants.

Rockin' the Ribbon will benefit men, women, and children living in Clark County whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS. The production will feature a wide variety of rock and roll themed numbers performed by stars of the Las Vegas Strip. The 29th annual "Ribbon of Life" event will be hosted by Edie ("Zumanity") and Sean McAllister ("MORE" and "MORE Access"). The show will be immediately followed by an after party in the Havana Room, where attendees can mix and mingle with performers and partake in a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres.

"Ribbon of Life" was created 29 years ago by members of the Las Vegas entertainment industry who saw the need for a support system when one of their colleagues was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. To raise awareness and money in order to help fight the disease, entertainers organized a show. The show, then called "Golden Rainbow," led to the creation of the nonprofit organization. The annual event is one of the largest HIV/AIDS fundraisers in the state of Nevada and is Golden Rainbow's main source of revenue.

Tickets are now on sale and sponsorship packages are available. For more information, visit www.goldenrainbow.org.
