The Barn Kids, grades 3-7, will present the Disney classic "ALADDIN-KIDS", a charming musical fairytale, following the first session of a Barn Kids summer theatre workshop June 2 through June 16th. The June play will star the youngsters and be presented the evenings of June 16th, 17th and 18th at 7:30 p.m. at The Barn Players, 6219 Martway in Mission.

The Barn Kids transport you, by magic carpet, to the market place in the enchanting City of Agrabah, where you'll meet Aladdin and a number of fascinating characters and learn the story of the street rat who became a Prince. It's a musical adventure filled with fun, music and excitement in a show that will send audience members, young and senior, flying.

The play's musical score includes "Friend Like Me", "Prince Ali" and "A Whole New World" all performed by the Barn Kids following a summer theatre workshop for the youngsters where they learned about theatre and stage presentations. Jason Coats, Barn Players Education Coordinator, will be the June workshop and production director.

A second presentation of "ALADDIN-KIDS" will be presented with a completely different cast following a second Barn Kids summer theater workshop on July 16th, 17th and 18th.
