Right Between the Ears is cooking up another piping hot batch of spoofery, satire and general stupidity for the 2014 KC Fringe Festival, with four performances at the Heartland Forum (formerly the American Heartland Theatre) at Crown Center, beginning Friday, July 18.

Shows are scheduled for Friday, July 18 at 9:00pm; Saturday, July 19 at 6:00pm; Friday, July 25 at 7:30pm and Saturday, July 27 at 4:30pm. Tickets are $10.00 with a Fringe button. Fringe buttons are $5.00 and will be available at the theatre or at http://www.kcfringe.org. Tickets can be purchased at the Fringe 411 in Union Station or online at http://www.rightbetweentheears.com.

Highlights from the first two RBTE shows at the Fringe will be broadcast on Kansas Public Radio stations at 7:00pm Sunday, July 20.

The KC Fringe Festival - celebrating its 10th year - is jam-packed with live theater, dance, performance art, visual art, spoken word, puppetry, storytelling, film and fashion. The 2014 festival, like its predecessors, is a celebration of local, regional and national artists, presenting events at venues throughout Kansas City.

Right Between the Ears is a four-time winner of the Gold Medal as Best Comedy Show at the New York Festivals, and is broadcast every Sunday at 7:00pm on Kansas Public Radio stations (91.5, Lawrence; 89.7, Emporia; 91.3, Junction City; 99.5 Manhattan; and 90.3 Chanute). The show has also aired on National Public Radio, Sirius-XM and BBC Radio 4. Darrell Brogdon is the show's creator and producer.
