Explore a gorilla nest, weave on a loom, climb a nine-foot-tall kapok tree.
Examine plant and material slides through an oversized microscope.

Discover products that come from tropical rainforests.

Learn about what you can do to protect rainforests around the world, and much more.

"We're thrilled to bring this fun, educational exhibit to Crown Center," said Pat Krehbiel, Crown Center's retail marketing manager. "Not only will children have a great time, they'll learn more about a very important subject."

Rainforest Adventure was created by Stepping Stones Museum for Children, with support from The Jaffe Family Foundation and MeadWestvaco Corporation.

Rainforest Adventure will be open during Crown Center Shops regular shop hours: Monday through Wednesday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m. It is open noon to 5 p.m. on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
