Former homeless youth and transgender woman's crowdfunding campaign (Please Give Me Your Money So I Can Buy a Vagina!) becomes award-winning show and joins the world's largest solo festival in New York City. Julia is a transgender woman who came out at fourteen, survived homelessness and had the misfortune of coming out as a writer at the tender age of twenty-five.

Please Give Me Your Money So I Can Buy a Vagina is the winner of Two Wilde Awards for Theatrical Excellence. It is being performed as part of the United Solo Festival on theater Row, at the Studio Theater. Performance Date is Thursday, November 10th at 7.30pm. Tickets are $20.25. Based on actual events
