DIYpsi Summer Art Festival Announces Lineup, 8/27

The 2016 DIYpsi Summer Festival is packed full of all the treasures of a Michigan summer! With all-day live music featuring 18 hours of talented, local musicians, 80 vendors and their crafty wares, specialty Arbor Brewing Company Microbrewery craft brews, and carnival food with a refined twist from the microbrew kitchen, there is a reason for everyone and anyone to stop by the DIYpsi Summer Fair.

And just in case local goods, beer, food, and music aren't enough of a reason to put this year's festival on the calendar, we're bringing new life to the weekend with a carnival spin! Carnival games, carnival food, and a petting zoo packed with mini goats, donkeys and much more are the newest and possibly the coolest addition to this year's summer fair!

Doors open at 11 am Saturday, August 27. Vendors will be open until 8 pm and music goes to 11 pm!

The party continues Sunday, August 28, noon-6 pm!

DIYpsi (dip-see) is an indie art fair that takes place biannually in Ypsilanti's business districts. Each summer and winter DIYpsi hosts the best crafters, makers, and artists the greater Ypsilanti area has to offer for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. On top of finding unique handmade gifts, DIYpsi shoppers contribute to a larger cause by keeping thousands of dollars invested in Ypsilanti's local economy.
