Shadowbox presents Live Late Nights

Beginning tonight (April 28), Shadowbox Live plans to alter its Friday 10:30 programming for the next few weeks by offering a 1-hour version of the popular sketch comedy and rock 'n' roll show Guilty Pleasures. Titled the Guilty Pleasures NIGHTCAP, the show will run for 1-hour with no intermission.

Shadowbox Live's Creative Team, who are very proactive at soliciting and analyzing audience feedback, came up with the idea for the condensed show. "The normal full-length version of Guilty Pleasures, with a run time of about 100-minutes plus a 15-minute intermission pushed the show too late for our guests," explains Katy Psenicka, Chief Operations Officer for the company. "We were hearing it was either too late for the babysitter or too late to head out to another destination after the show."

To accommodate both ends of the spectrum the Creative Team has produced a shortened version that should wrap up no later than 11:45pm.

Julie Klein, Executive Producer for Shadowbox Live adds, "You can see the show and be home by midnight or still have time to continue your night out in our Backstage Bistro or elsewhere!"

Tickets for the Guilty Pleasures NIGHTCAP are also reduced from the normal 10:30 ticket price at $20 for regular tickets and $15 for students, seniors, and military.

Guilty Pleasures NIGHTCAP runs on Fridays only a 10:30pm. Saturday's 10:30pm show is the full-length production of Guilty Pleasures. For more information and reservations visit www.shadowboxlive.org.
