Actors' Theatre of Columbus will kick off its 2013 season with a joint production of The Crucible with Columbus School for Girls (CSG).

The Crucible, by American playwright Arthur Miller. Is a dramatization of the infamous Salem witch trials that took place 1692 and 1693. Performance dates are: February 28 and March 1, 2, and 3, 2013 at CSG, located at 56 S. Columbia Avenue, Columbus.

"This the second year we have performed with the Columbus School for Girls, and we are very pleased to be working with them again," according to John S. Kuhn, Artistic Director for ATC. Kuhn will be co-directing the play with Janetta Davis, the school's Theater Program Coordinator/Director.

Davis is also very pleased to have the opportunity to collaborate: "For a High school student, working with professional actors and directors is a unique opportunity usually found only at the college level."

The production opens February 28 and runs through March 3, 2013. Performance times are: Feb. 28th at 7:30pm; March 1 and 2 at 8:00 pm; and March 3 at 2:00pm

Ticket prices are: $5 for students/seniors; $10 for adults; and $15 to $24 for Premiere Seating (front row patron). Tickets will go on sale two weeks prior to opening night.
