Porchlight Music Theatre presents Pal Joey, book by John O'Hara, music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Lorenz Hart, April 20 - May 26, at Stage 773, 1225 West Belmont Ave. BroadwayWorld has a first look at highlights from the show below!
Directed by Porchlight Music Theatre's Artistic Director, Michael Weber with music direction by Porchlight Artistic Associate Doug Peck (reuniting with Weber for the first time since their collaboration on Porchlight's triumphant production of Assassins) and choreography by Porchlight Artistic Associate Brenda Didier, Pal Joey stars Adrian Aguliar, "Joey Evans," Susie McMonagle, "Vera Simpson," Laura Savage, "Linda English," Matt Orlando, "Ludlow Lowell" and Sharriese Hamilton, "Gladys Bumps." The regular run schedule is Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 4 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $39. Groups of ten or more may receive discounts on tickets purchased via the Groups Sales office at 773.777.9884. Single tickets for Pal Joey are on sale now and may be purchased at or by phone at 773.327.5252.
Additional company members of Porchlight Music Theatre's Pal Joey includes Ben Chang, Clare Dolan, Darrin French, Callie Johnson, Lexi Lyric, Rachel Osting, Steven Pringle, Kory Pullam, Jenna Schoppe, Daniel Spagnuolo and Jordan Yentz.
The production team for Pal Joey also includes Bill Morey, costume design; William Boles, scenic design, Nick Belley & Greg Hofmann,co-lighting design; Victoria DeIorio, sound design; Scott Sowinski, wig and makeup Design; Deborah Blumenthal, assistant director/dramaturg and Thom Van Ermen, stage manager.
