Harrisburg Shakespeare Company opens Macbeth for their 24th Annual Free Shakespeare in the Park on June 2, 2017 at Reservoir Park, 100 Concert Drive in Harrisburg.

The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. Admission to the event is FREE but we will be collecting canned good items for Bethesda Mission and encourage you to bring a donation.

Come early with your own blankets or chairs to grab a spot on the lawn and enjoy Shakespeare under the stars! Refreshments will be for sale from Jazzeryn's Catering. And don't forget a flashlight to help you get back to your car after the show! Macbeth will continue June 2-17, Wednesday through Saturday, at 7:30 p.m.

Gamut Theatre Group has a long history with this dark, disturbing classic. For over 20 years, we have produced it on our main-stage, as well as toured it all over the Pennsylvania region. Now, we are very excited to bring its fatal vision to our sizable outdoor summer home, Reservoir Park. We hope you will come along with us once again as we take the fascinating and terrifying journey into the heart of our darkest aspirations and motivations.
