On October 22, 2016, hundreds of guests gathered at the new Marriott Pavilion at the Culinary Institute of America for a night of stellar Broadway entertainment celebrating Half Moon Theatre's 10th Anniversary Season. Laura Osnes, two-time Tony Award nominee and the "Mayor of Broadway" Seth Rudetsky headlined the cabaret style show.

In true Half Moon Theatre tradition, the show included an appearance by the Dutchess Divas, HMT Junior Company and many surprise guests. Event sponsors and top-tier ticket holders enjoyed a pre-show cocktail party and post-show farm-to-table harvest dinner prepared by the CIA's world-renowned chefs

"This event celebrates all of the extraordinary individuals who over the past decade have contributed their time, their talent, their energy, and their resources to Half Moon Theatre," said Molly Renfroe Katz, a founder of Half Moon Theatre and the organization's Executive Director. "We're very proud of all we have accomplished in ten years, and very grateful to the community of artists and patrons who supported us!"

Proceeds from this annual event will support Half Moon Theatre's performances, arts education and outreach programs, which serve 15,000 youth and adults in Dutchess County and the Mid-Hudson Valley each year. Half Moon Theatre is a nonprofit arts organization based in Poughkeepsie, NY. It is the only professional theater that provides residents of the Mid-Hudson Valley with a traditional theater season, from September through June.
