Michael Heitzman and Ilene Reid present an evening of their songs at Ars Nova (511 West 54th at 10th) on October 22 at 8PM

For the first time ever Heitzman and Reid present an evening of their songbook which will include songs from past shows, trunk songs and a whole lot of new material.

Grammy nominated for their participation in the Broadway musical Swing, Heitzman and Reid are also most recently known for their production of Bingo that played Off-Broadway in 2005-2006.  Their other musical Vices was nominated for 8 of Chicago's Joseph Jefferson Awards

They are thrilled to be joined by many of Broadway's finest performers: Judy McLane (Mamma Mia!), Eric Jordan Young (Chicago), Liz McCartney (Taboo), Natasha Yvette Williams (The Color Purple), Ann Harada (Les Miserables), Jesse Nager (Being Alive), Danielle Greaves, Tracee Beazer, David ReiserJanet Metz, Michael James Scott, Dwayne Clark, Kyle Wrentz, Q Smith, and Joi Danielle Price.

The evening will be backed by members of the amazing Mamma Mia! Band: Jeffrey Lee Campbell, Paul Adamy and Ray Marchica 

Heitzman and Reid will also premiere material from their new work in progress.
