It's finally here! After endlessly listening to "Cheek to Cheek" on repeate for the past month, Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga are finally bringing their mismatched set of standards to TV on PBS' GREAT PERFORMANCES. Despite the age and cultural differences, Tony and Gaga seem to have an honest chemistry that lets these two extremely different artists collaborate on these classic American songs. I am very excited to see what they look like on stage together, and to see my new friend Brian Newman lead the band on a number of the songs (check out my conversation with Brian below). So, tonight's "But, Wait! What's On TV Tonight?" picks might have a few horror-infuced dramas and a sports documentary, but tonight is all abotu Bennett and Gaga. So, what will you be watching tonight? As if I didn't already know.

BWW TV World will bring you a handful of picks from across the TV landscape. So, if you have nothing to do each night, check in with us, and we will tell you the best ways to spend your primetime hours.

All times are Eastern

GRIMM | 9:00-10:00pm | NBC
By: Matt Tamanini | @BWWMatt

The third season premiere of NBC's "scary-tale" GRIMM kicks off tonight right where it left off, with our hero Nick still devoid of his "Grimm" powers at the hands of Hexenbiest Adalind. Will that leave the Wessen fighting to new-found cousin Trubel? Will this ease the worries of Nick's long-suffering fiancée Juliet? Either way, we are set for some fun action and storylines that don't always make sense!

GREAT PERFORMANCES: TONY BENNETT & LADY GAGA: CHEEK TO CHEEK LIVE! | 9:00-10:00pm |PBS
By: Matt Tamanini | @BWWMatt

Nearly everyone in the pop culture world has been going "gaga" (sorry) over the duet album "Cheek to Cheek." Tonight you can see legendary performers Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga sing their slate of standards with an incredible band of talented musicians, including Brian Newman (the leader of the Brian Newman Quartet), whom I recently spoke to. Check out our conversation about jazz and working with Gaga and Tony.

CONSTANTINE | 10:00-11:00pm | NBC
By: Matt Tamanini | @BWWMatt

Here's what I know about CONSTANTINE: He's a fallen angel who chain-smokes, except NBC won't let him chain-smoke. Oh, and Keanu Reeves made a terrible movie about him. The comic book aficionados all say that he is one of the best characters to ever come out of the medium. Normally, I would expect NBC to make a decent TV show out of such good source material, but based on how well HANNIBAL has turned out, I am willing to give the show a chance. Let me know what you think on Twitter after the show airs tonight.

CNN FILMS: MORE THAN A GAME | 10:00pm-12:00am | CNN

Before I started working covering theatre and TV, I worked in sports media relations and journalism. So, needless to say, I am a huge sports fan, and one of the greatest athletes I have ever seen is LeBron James. As an Ohio native, I got to see him play as a high school student, and he was remarkable even then. Now as a four-time MVP, two-time NBA champion, and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, he is already considered, at age 29, one of the top three basketball players of all time. He has proven himself to be not only a remarkable athlete, but a good and decent human-being in an era of superstar athletes finding themselves on the police blotter in an alarming rate. I am an admitted LeBron fan, but if you are just interested in seeing what it takes to be the best in the world, check this out.
