Patrons will thrill to music from the Big Band Era all the way to Funk and Rock classics of the 70s and 80s at Aurora Swing Nights Rock, Roll & Remember concert on Saturday, June 22 at 8:00pm. Now a summertime tradition, this upbeat edition of the popular Swing Night concert series will feature the Metro Jazz Club, a smokin'-hot 17 piece band performing a memorable array of rock 'n roll songs.

Serving as hostess for the evening will be the incomparable Ann-Carol Pence, Aurora Theatre Associate Producer and Resident Musical Director. Dedicated to the preservation of some of the best music ever composed, Metro Jazz Club is led by jazz sax man Gary Dalton. Metro Jazz Club has two amazing vocalists, velvety crooner Jason Joines and zesty diva Amanda Richards. Aurora Swing Nights welcomes guest vocalist Michael Stiggers, who recently appeared in Aurora's hit musical for children Petite Rouge, and who can be seen playing Marius in next season's opener LES MISERABLES. Stiggers is sure to rock the show with his dynamic vocals.

Aurora Swing Nights featuring Metro Jazz Club will play June 22, Saturday at 8:00 PM. Tickets $18. Call 678.226.6222 or visit www.auroratheatre.com.
