Social House inside The Shops at Crystals invites guests to an evening of romance this Valentine's Day as Executive Chef Jon Amorin presents an alluring prix-fixe menu, Saturday, Feb. 14. Available for $60 per person, the modern Japanese offerings will set the mood for an intimate affair.

The Valentine's Day menu begins with Zuke tuna prepared as a tartare with hari negi and topped with a decadent osetra caviar that will send adoring guests into overdrive. A spicy crab and green papaya salad follows with a light chili-lime dressing, toasted cashews, cherry tomatoes and fresh mint. The third course includes a confit Chilean seabass with beet risotto, yuzu burgundy reduction and an herb salad followed by a shiso-crusted lamb chop with zucchini ribbons, pea miso and green apple puree. To conclude this sensual dining experience, guests may indulge with a luscious dessert trio - comprised of a passion fruit caramel tartlette, a selection of French macaroons and house-made truffles.

In addition, the restaurant has created a seductive cocktail to pair with the menu, which features Skyy citrus vodka, La Marca Prosecco, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice and topped with an edible hibiscus flower for $14.

This specialty menu is only offered on Valentine's Day during dinner hours from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. For more information or to book a reservation, call (702) 736-1122.
