Moet Hennessy USA and Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. Announce Signing of Exclusive Distribution Agreements in Eleven States

Mot Hennessy USA, the leading importer and marketer of luxury wines, spirits and champagnes in the U.S., and Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. (Southern), the nation's leading wine and spirits distributor, today announced the renewal of their relationship in eleven open states with the signing of exclusive distribution agreements.

The renewed exclusivity agreements continue the long-term relationship for the distribution of Mot Hennessy brands in Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, Oregon (for wine only), South Carolina and Washington. In addition, Southern and Mot Hennessy USA continue their ongoing brokerage relationships in seventeen control markets.
