Hakkasan Las Vegas to Celebrate Launch of Ling Ling in Mykonos with Limited Edition Menu

Starting July 1, Hakkasan restaurants around the world including its Las Vegas location at MGM Grand, will celebrate the launch of Ling Ling in Mykonos by featuring a taste of its cuisine with a limited edition menu and signature cocktail.

Ling Ling is a new experience from Hakkasan opening July 1 in Mykonos, Greece. Located in the center of the old town in Mykonos, Ling Ling will borrow from and subvert the key elements of Hakkasan to create a dynamic, social experience perfect for island living and late night revelry. Inspired by the Izakaya concept, Ling Ling encourages guests to discover Hakkasan's cuisine differently. Reinvented presentations of smaller plates provide the opportunity to share and try a variety of the Cantonese-style dishes. The perfect accompaniment to a superlative drinks menu; the bar is being invigorated with summer cocktails and a wine list from the award winning team in London. The sound design is being mastered and perfected by Hakkasan London resident DJ, Pathaan, bringing eclectic, high-energy beats to the island and its late night party scene. The Ling Ling experience is designed to evolve throughout the night taking you from dining, to drinking to dancing, in no particular order. The Mykonos location is the perfect setting for this fluid escapism compromising an open-air restaurant and bar, private dining and lounge.

Hakkasan Las Vegas will feature two limited edition menus in which guests can select one: Fish and Seafood or Meat and Seafood. The Fish and Seafood menu includes Crispy pumpkin salad with mountain yam, Grilled seabass with Chinese honey, Steamed Chinese chives dumpling, Stir-fry asparagus with lotus root, Chef selection of macarons; while the Meat and Seafood menu includes Crispy duck salad with pomegranate, Smoked beef short rib, Stir-fry scallop with XO sauce, Spicy prawn with lily bulb and almond, Chef selection of macarons. In addition, guests will be able to sample the Ling Ling Collins, a new signature cocktail that will be served the restaurant bar.
