Honeybrains, the new fast-casual restaurant dedicated to overall well-being, which recently opened in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood, is proud to introduce its new Thursday Night Talks series. Beginning Thursday, January 19th from 6:30PM-7:30PM, Honeybrains will host weekly presentations and discussions featuring guest lecturers. Topics will focus on Honeybrains' mission of good food and more for your brain, including conversations and awareness on wellness, athletic performance, brain-health, fitness, nutrition, local ingredients, honey, sleep and environment, and emotional awareness and meditation.

The first Thursday Night Talks will feature the following guest speakers:

- January 19 - Honeybrains' Co-Founders Alon Seifan, MD, MS; Galit Seifan, MFA; and Tomer Seifan, JD

- January 26 - Nutritionist and Author Amy von Sydow Green, MD, MS, RD

- February 2 - Richard Isaacson, MD, Director of the Alzheimer's Prevention Clinic at Weill Cornell Medicine

"According to science, knowledge is the one most powerful thing that helps people make the best decisions for their well-being," explains Dr. Alon Seifan. "For this reason, we are so excited about the potential positive impact of the Honeybrains Thursday Night Talks in our community."

Thursday Night Talks will include lecture presentations, as well as Q and A sessions. Each talk is open to the public. To kick-off its series, Honeybrains will host a reception on January 19th from 7:30PM-9:00PM following its first talk.

About Honeybrains:

Honeybrains was sparked by a conversation among three siblings, Alon Seifan, MD, MS; Galit Seifan, MFA; and Tomer Seifan, JD, which transpired into a deeper understanding of ingredients, health and recipes. With well-being at the forefront, they teamed up with Christophe Jadot, Co-Owner of Yves Jadot Restaurant Group - a Co-Founder; Amy von Sydow Green, MD, MS, RD - Nutritionist within the University of Pennsylvania Health System; and Executive Chef and Chief Culinary Officer Kevin Chun, to create a new concept and menu with easy-to-understand nutritional content labeling.

Honeybrains takes mindfully chosen ingredients to create healthy and flavorful recipes offered in a stimulating and stress-free environment. It is the first brand dedicated to providing a comprehensive brain wellness experience through products, human interaction and discovery, and community engagement. Essential to Honeybrains is its HoneyBar, offering an unique assortment of delicious raw honeys that have been carefully researched and selected from local and international apiaries, as well as its proprietary collection, many of which are used in Honeybrains' food and juices.

Honeybrains passion resonates throughout its culture. The Honeybrains' L.I.F.E. process is implemented throughout Honeybrains, from the menu, which is designed for health of the body and mind, to carefully curated technologies that enable wellness. Honeybrains Lovingly selects Ingredients that are Flavorful and perfectly designed by nature to benefit the brain. And after that, it Educates, educates, educates.
