TESSA (Upper West Side) The Michelin recommended modern Mediterranean favorite is hosting a dinner created by Executive Chef Eric Cope and priced at $48. The menu allows for combinations such as the Bruised Kale & Marcona Caesar Salad (Tuscan kale, lemon, almond dressing, parmiginano reggiano) as a starter, and the Tomato & Thyme Tagliatelle (shrimp a la plancha, fava, sundried tomato, beech mushroom) as a main. A selection of desserts from Pastry Chef Yarisis Jacobo (Sorella) rounds out the experience, including the Opera Cake (almond cake with coffee buttercream, chocolate hazelnut ganache and dark chocolate ice cream). August Restaurant (Upper East Side) This casual refined restaurant features expertly prepared American Bistro cuisine in a convivial setting. They will be open Easter Sunday for brunch from 11:30am to 3:00pm and for dinner 5:30 pm from 9:00 pm. In addition to their regular à la carte menu, August will present a number of specials, including Whole Roasted Market Fish for Two and Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait. Green Room 42 (Times Square) This Easter, add a little spice to holiday brunch at The Green Room 42, NYC's newest performance venue, with live music, delicious Mediterranean food, and free-flowing drinks during the Sunday Undie Bottomless Brunch with the Skivvies. Joining the half-clothed musical duo on stage will be special guests Kevin Zak, Molly Pope, and Lindsay Nicole Chambers. Guests will enjoy the dynamic group as they perform their original material and hilarious musical mashups of today's music while enjoying brunch and bottomless prosecco cocktails. This immersive 130-seat state-of-the-art urban entertainment venue has been creating LOTS of buzz in the Broadway community for its big name performances, and no minimum on food and beverages. Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House New York (Midtown) Opening its doors at 12:00 p.m. noon, guests of Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House New York can enjoy an Easter Sunday brunch complete with a 20 oz. hand-carved Prime Rib special, Frisco's famed hand-cut steaks, award-winning wine list and decadent, signature Lemon Cake before heading out to a Broadway show. Rainbow Room (Rockefeller Center) The iconic venue set 65 floors above Manhattan takes Sunday brunch to a new level of extravagance. Diners are welcomed by specialized chef stations including a freshly pressed juice bar, bacon bar, Greek yogurt parfait bar, 'Sweet & Savory' Crepe Station and Bloody Mary Bar. This is all accompanied by an extensive a la carte menu. This Easter, guests can also enjoy specials such as Roasted Black Angus Prime Rib or Beef and Colorado Roast Leg of Lamb. $125 per person, not including drinks. Proper attire required. Blue Water Grill (Union Square) The seafood landmark in the heart of Union Square is spicing up its brunch menu this Easter with delicious specials such as Lobster Toast, Lamb Belly Benedict and Cashew Crusted Swordfish. The Easter dinner menu gives a great mix of seafood and meat with options such as American Caviar & Smoked Potato-Gem Lettuce and Grilled Colorado Lamb.
