As part of the 50th anniversary season and tradition of "bringing the world's best to Houston," Society for the Performing Arts (SPA) in partnership with the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center presents a series of innovative dance master classes. Aspen Santa Fe Ballet shares its bold vision to the world, with top choreographers, a distinctive and groundbreaking repertoire, and virtuoso dancers, fostering a jewel of a Dance Company that's centered in the American West. That pioneering spirit comes from its dual set of home cities: Aspen, nestled in the Rocky Mountains, and Santa Fe, situated atop the Southwestern plateau. This two-decade-old contemporary Dance Company is shaping the cultural landscape of those two cities, and the dance field at large.

Jessica Lang Dance, founded in 2011, has quickly become one of the nation's preeminent companies, enriching and inspiring global audiences with immersive performances flush with the beauty of movement and music.


Classes are open to the public for intermediate dancers and up. Appropriate dance attire is required. Cost is $15 per participant per class. Sign up for all three Dance Master Classes and receive a discount.
