Just back from entertaining the troops for the third time this year, comedian Don Barnhart will begin a residency at Jokesters Comedy Club inside the D Las Vegas Casino Hotel performing nightly at 10:30pm beginning Sept 8th, 2016

Don Barnhart brings his award-winning stand up comedy to Jokesters Comedy Club at the D Las Vegas Casino Hotel.

Beginning Sept 8th, award-winning comedian Don Barnhart will begin his Las Vegas residency performing nightly at 10:30pm at Jokesters Comedy Club inside the D.

For years, Barnhart has been a regular headliner on the Vegas strip appearing at the top Comedy Clubs. The Las Vegas Review Journal recently called Barnhart's show one of their "Best Bets" and last year he received the "Best of Vegas" award from Las Vegas Best Business.

Don Barnhart's stand up comedy takes audiences on a comedy thrill ride of well-written, topical material exploring the waning tide of male gender identification and man's declining role in modern day society in a way that is hysterical, highly entertaining, intelligent and thought provoking. Don's DeEvolution of Man video has close to 1 million hits on YouTube.

Barnhart currently stars in the new sitcom and web series Class Clowns. The show, created by Don follows the miss-adventures of fictional comedian and former sitcom star Johnny B who pulls a "Kramer" takes a "Chappell" and comes back to star in his own "Seinfeld" type of web series and reality show.

The show, written by Barnhart and comedIan Keith Lyle who is most known for his snarky card dealer role in The Hangover, takes place in Las Vegas. Lyle has also toured with Barnhart on the Battle Comics World Tours for the troops and Armed Forces Entertainment and will serve as one of the house emcee at Jokesters when he's not featuring there.

Class Clowns also stars fellow Vegas comedians Derek Richards, Brent Mukai and Linda Vu all who can be seen performing at Jokesters. Richards also went overseas with Barnhart and the two will trade off headline dates filling in for one another when they are out on tour and perform together when they are both in town.

Featuring for Barnhart is comedian Linda Vu who just completed her third Battle Comics tour for the troops. Linda's unique perspective as an Asian-American who immigrated to the United States is hysterically insightful and downright funny. Linda is also an actress and stars in the indie film China Dolls.

Don's new book, Finding Your Funny hit the 2015 Best Seller List on Amazon. With a humorous and heartfelt forward by Comedy Legend George Wallace, Finding Your Funny goes beyond Barnhart's own 25-year journey and shares the brutal, often overlooked experience and advice of other comedians, entertainers, managers, agents and bookers. The book includes a no holds barred assessment about what clubs, venues and agents are actually looking for as well as many of the things you need to do and avoid if you're looking into making comedy a career.

Over the last year few years, Barnhart's film career has really been gaining steam as he stars in the documentary, Finding The Funny with Brad Garret and Louie Anderson and plays a rather disgruntled, road weary and carefree comedian in the upcoming comedy film, Tribute To Fluffy. Don can also be seen playing a psychotic mad man in the new web series Max Justice.

Earlier this year, Barnhart wrapped production on the cannabis comedy Reefer Rendum and is currently in preproduction on the new comedy film, The Freeloader, which he wrote and stars in. The movie is inspired by Don's comedy tours for the troops and will begin shooting in Las Vegas later this year.

Don Barnhart has been seen on MTV, Star Search, and Evening At The Improv and has been featured on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC. Barnhart is a Bob and Tom Show favorite and his comedy CD, I'm Not Just Eye Candy can be heard frequently on the comedy channels on XM/Sirius Satellite Radio. He is the creator, host and director of The Freedom of Speech Comedy Series and directed and stars in The Ice House's 50th Anniversary Comedy Special.

Besides all of this, Barnhart has been performing and producing comedy shows for the troops since 1992 and just completed another Battle Comics - Laughter For The Troops World Tour for Armed Forces Entertainment. Don and his Battle Comics are featured in the upcoming documentary I AM BATTLE COMIC by filmmaker Jordan Brady, the third in the trilogy, which includes I Am Comic and I AM ROAD COMIC. In his off time Barnhart teaches stand up, improv and comedy writing at The Las Vegas Comedy Institute.

Don will perform nightly at 10:30pm beginning Sept 8th at Jokesters Comedy Club inside the D Las Vegas Casino Hotel. Be sure to check out the website for more information, dinner specials and more.
