Celebrate Mother's Day with America's Mom Dee Wallace

It's a very special Mother's Day at the Alamo Drafthouse Brooklyn, with two screenings dedicated to "America's Mom" Dee Wallace.

Start off the day with E.T., Steven Spielberg's childlike view of an alien encounter that has touched the heart of generations of young moviegoers. We all know the story: Elliot, a lonely kid living in suburban California comes across a shy alien in his backyard. At first both are scared, but soon Elliot realizes the creature's gentle nature and befriends him. When the fluffy St. Bernard Cujo succumbs to slime-soaked, murderous impulses after being bit by a rabid bat, Man's Best Friend quickly becomes Man's Deadliest Enemy, with Dee Wallace's Donna and her young son Tad trapped in his path.
