Has anyone done Audience Reward seating for Rocky and/or Les Mis? The listing says select Orchestra seating, I'm wondering if someone could share where exactly they placed you? Thanks
Not for those shows but I got row l of the orch for Beautiful just before the Tonys. I had to call them for mine, and they couldn't be nicer. Gave me several possibilities to choose from so see if you can do that.

For Les Mis we were mid orchestra on the left side aisle. Great seats. I've never had any complaints with my AR tickets for any show. Usually on the aisle, which is great for us tall folks :). For Gentleman's guide, we were front row mezz dead center which was also perfect.

For those who have experience with tickets through Audience Rewards. At what point do they add new dates? I have enough points in my account for a points plus cash sale, but most offers only go through end of April. I have purposely not purchased tickets for my Wednesday matinee in June, hoping to use these points. I had thought with the reviews of some shows, more tickets would be released. I'm not sure how it works.
You really never know...like tdf you just need to keep checking!

Audience Rewards has always strived to give me the best seats available at every performance of my choosing.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." I've redeemed points from Audience Rewards for two shows thus far - If/Then and The Elephant Man. On both occasions, the staff was extremely patient with me going through numerous dates trying to figure out which date had the best possible seats. If seat location is important to you, calling is definitely the way to go as the location of the seats varies greatly from performance to performance. Unfortunately, on both occasions i redeemed points for tickets, although I chose the date with the best seats available - I was extremely unhappy with my seats once I got into the actual theater. Both times, I received tickets that appeared to be in the middle of the orchestra, on the side, about half way back. At If/Then, I felt incredibly removed from the action and couldn't really make out the facial expressions. At The Elephant Man, i couldn't make out more than half of Bradley Cooper's lines (I don't think the acoustics in that theater are great but the voice Cooper used for Merrick exponentially compounded the problem - so much so that many of the people around me considered leaving at intermission out of pure frustration). I think for those who are not picky about seats, Audience Rewards ticket redemption is a wonderful service. I have discovered after these two bad experiences that I'd much rather pay for my own tickets and choose my own seats (I really like to sit up close) and save my points for merchandise.
I never had a problem with my seats with Audience Rewards, and I never called them on the phone to get the best seats possible, I thought they didn't let you do that. If you are picky about where you are sitting, then yes, you should buy them from the box office or Telecharge/Ticketmaster directly.
