New Additions in Store for Texas Renaissance Festival 2015 Season

Texas Renaissance Festival, the nation's largest and most acclaimed festival of its kind, has opened ticket sales to the public and is giving loyal patrons an early look at the newest treasures and discoveries of the upcoming festival season, taking place over eight exciting weekends from Saturday, October 10 through November 29, 2015. This year, Kids 12 and under get in free each Sunday.

Each weekend, guests who enter the Royal Gates will step into another world where different themes comes to life throughout the 55-acre 16th Century village including: Oktoberfest, 1001 Dreams, All Hallows Eve, Pirate Adventure, Roman Bacchanal, Barbarian Invasion, Highland Fling, and Celtic Christmas.

Recently voted the No. 1 Best Cultural Festival in the United States by USA Today and 10Best, Texas Renaissance Festival plans to introduce a few new additions to its 2015 season including a new Florence Market located inside New Market Village. Organizers have also created TRF After Dark, a costume ball for guests 21 and older, who wish to continue the celebration long after sunset. The Fields of New Market Campgrounds will also be a major camping and RV destination for outdoors enthusiasts this fall.
