Donmare Warehouse revealed its Spring 2014 season today, including two world premieres, as the company's all-female JULIUS CAESAR continues at St. Ann's Warehouse in Brooklyn.

Kicking off 2014, Donmar will open its season with the world premiere of Peter Gill's VERSAILLES, set to run 20 Feb. - 5 April.

VERSAILLES is officially billed as: "In the drawing room of the Rawlinson's late Victorian villa in Kent, life as it was lived before the war is quietly resuming its place.

The family's son, Leonard Rawlinson, is among the British delegation sent to Versailles to draw up the treaty that will come to define Europe, the Middle East and the rest of the world. With the ghost of a fallen loved one still haunting him, Leonard perceives that the choices made in Paris will shape the fate of millions for centuries to come.

At the start of the hundredth anniversary of the outbreak of hostilities in 1914, this major new play draws startling connections between this pivotal moment at the end of WWI and the world we live in today, reminding us that the past is not a foreign country."

James Graham's PRIVACY, inspired by the recent events surrounding Edward Snowden, will follow VERSAILLES, running 10 April - 31 May, and "explores how governments and corporations collect and use our personal information, and what that means for our security, our identity and our future. Provoked by the recent revelations of Edward Snowden, PRIVACY draws on interviews with journalists, politicians and analysts, and asks the audience directly: how much do we give away when we share?"

Brien Friel's stage adaptation of Ivan Turgenev's novel FATHERS AND SONS will close out the Spring 2014 season, playing 5 June - 26 July. Per Donmar, "FATHERS AND SONS speaks of the heartbreak of being a parent and the terrible compromise of growing up. Lyndsey Turner returns to the Donmar to direct Brian Friel's thrilling dramatisation of Turgenev's masterpiece."

In addition, as previously announced, Donmar will present its highly-anticipated Tom Hiddleston-lead production of CORIOLANUS from 6 Dec - 8 Feb.

According to The New York Times, the company will move Conor McPherson's THE NIGHT ALIVE to Off-Broadway's Atlantic Theater, and transfer THE WEIR to West End's Wyndham Theater in early 2014.

Public bookings will be available soon, and available at www.donmarwarehouse.com.
