The new musical THE HUMAN INCUBATOR by Elinor T and Drew Vanderburg will run at the Connelly Theater this July as part of the SheNYC Summer Theater Festival.

Posey Powers lays eggs for an elite adoption firm, but loses her job when she mysteriously fails to deliver her monthly egg deposit. In a world where human egg-laying is the norm, Posey's strange new medical condition confounds, ignites, and inspires, as society must reckon with the ethical dilemma of the human incubator.

The innovative new comedy will star Stephanie Gomerez (Green Card: A New Musical) as Posey Powers. It will also feature Bruce Bluett (Craft & Burn), Anna Stefanic (Can’t), Justin Ivan Brown, Liana Wright-Mark, Michael Improta, Jaela Cheeks-Lomax, Lindsay Ortmeyer, Sumner Perera, Sophie Sagan-Gutherz, and Lee Collins. The ensemble will include Paige Russo, Killian Lock, Nadira Foster-Williams, Melody Perera, and Rudy Bamenga.

The Human Incubator has book, music, and lyrics by Elinor T and Drew Vanderburg, and will be directed by Martina Bonolis (Founder/Creative Director of Wise Fish Theater Collective).
