The Smith Center for the Performing Arts welcomes guests to kick off the holiday season with a celebratory concert in the bedecked Symphony Park. On Sunday, Dec. 8 at 5 p.m., Cabaret Jazz resident and beloved Las Vegas entertainer, Clint Holmes, will launch the season's festivities with a performance that will include special guests from the Las Vegas community.

Set in an enchanted winter wonderland adorned with festive decor, Holmes will move his final December show at The Smith Center to Symphony Park for the second annual holiday concert in the park. Titled "Clint Holmes for the Holidays," the talented Holmes will delight audiences with traditional holiday favorites and original songs. Positioned in front of the Bavington sculpture, a traditional 23-foot Christmas tree will be ornamented with 11,500 sparkling white lights, and the towering 35-foot tall palm trees will illuminate the park. Refreshments and light fare will be available for purchase. Patrons are encouraged to bring a blanket and enjoy hot cocoa and treats alongside family and friends for this magical evening beneath the stars.

Holmes will be joined onstage by special guests such as his wife Kelly Clinton-Holmes, Stratosphere headliner Frankie Moreno, former Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular star Kristen Hertzenberg, vocal group "Fifth Avenue," the Las Vegas Academy Choir and others for collaborations on Christmas classics and more.

Ticket prices start at $15 for youth and $20 for adults, and can be purchased at The Smith Center Box Office, located at 361 Symphony Park Ave., or online at www.TheSmithCenter.com. Reserved table seating is also available for purchase for $50 per attendee by reserving online or by calling 702-749-2000.

No outside food & beverage is allowed inside Symphony Park. Out of respect for fellow concert-goers, lawn chairs must be low profile with legs no higher than four inches off the ground and chair backs no higher than 27 inches off the ground. Blankets are limited to beach towel size.
