STAGE TUBE: XANADU Manila On TFC

A zany and surprising cast with local celebrities comprises Atlantis Productions Inc.'s ("Legally Blonde", "Avenue Q") presentation of the hit Broadway musical comedy "Xanadu" featuring book by Douglas Carter Bean, and music and lyrics by Jeff Lynne and John Farrar.  "Xanadu" in Manila runs from Friday, September 3 to Sunday, September 19, 2010 at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza in Makati City.  Bobby Garcia ("Avenue Q", "Sacrifice") directs.

Recording star Rachel Alejandro (who plays the role of the Greek muse Clio) and favorite leading man Felix Rivera (who plays the role of struggling artist Sonny) lead the whole cast in a promotional number on Sunday musical variety show ASAP XV aired on The Filipino Channel (TFC).

Noel Trinidad, Leo Rialp, Chari Arespacochaga, Bea Garcia, Anthony Tarrosa Ong, Alys Serdenia, Glen Llanes, Robbie Zialcita, and Yael Pineda complete the cast.

"Xanadu" in Manila also features set design by Lawyn Cruz, costume design by Twinkle Zamora, choreography by Cecile Martinez, musical direction by Ceejay Javier, lighting design by Jonsy Reyes, and vocal coaching by ManMan Angsico.
