Pirate Jonny's Caribbean BBQ Rubs, Seasonings and Sauces Provides Television Interview On the Importance of Supporting Local Business

Sarasota's ABC Channel 7 news featured many local businesses at the Downtown Sarasota Arts and Crafts Festival most recently. Local "Fresh from Florida" business, Pirate Jonny's Caribbean BBQ, was given the opportunity to share about the importance of supporting small businesses and buying local. When consumers purchase local products, it promotes opportunities to have a variety of choice in the marketplace.

Small businesses make a significant contribution to our nation's economy. Small business owners are members of the community, volunteers and patrons to other businesses. It has a vested interest in the community.

Pirate Jonny's provides support to a local Charity, Sports Charities for Children which helps children and families in Florida., as well as provides samples and recipes of their products to locAl Small businesses for the consumer. There are 23 million small businesses in the United States and they account for 54% of all sales. So patrons of small businesses keep the economy going.
