Theatre legend Kitty Carlisle Hart attended the opening night of the new play Marion Bridge at Urban Stages.

Written by Daniel MacIvor and directed by Susan Fenichell, the play began previews on October 1st and opened at the UrbanStages Theatre (259. W. 30th St., between 7th and 8th Avenues) on October 6th; it will run through November 13th. "
Three sisters return home to care for their mother in this lyrical, poignant, and funny play...Trapped by life choices and unfulfilled expectations that have left them isolated, the three women search for the courage to create a new family from the remnants of the old. Marion Bridge uses an elegant theatricality to portray three remarkable women struggling to change their lives," state press notes.
